Products only may be returned within 14 days of receipt. All returns are subjected to a 10% stocking fee. No returns will be accepted once the product has been opened. Returned products must be in as-new condition, intact in original packaging and must be received from the customer before the refund can be processed. All Products should be returned to us by shipping carriers with safe method which provides proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. so you can check with your local shipping carrier). Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable, as the shipping carrier will NOT refund the postage cost back to us after they processed the shipment. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred for returning the product to us. In the case of us (Live Healthy Ltd) making a mistake in shipping the wrong product, full refund or exchange will be offered a.s.a.p. We reserve the right to amend this policy without further notification(s).
